Yes. We manage the full permitting process with the City of Calgary, including development permits, building permits, and any required land use redesignation applications.

How long does a custom home build take?

A typical custom home in Calgary takes 10 to 14 months from breaking ground, depending on complexity and weather. We provide a detailed timeline before construction starts.

Can you build on sloped or challenging lots?

Absolutely. Many of the best lots in SW Calgary have slope. We have extensive experience with walkout basements, retaining walls, and grade-adapted foundations.
